Who we are
A travel desk built for project work
Global Corporate Travel is a corporate travel management company. We book and manage business travel for consulting teams — the flights, hotels, ground transport and documentation that get a consultant to a client site on Monday morning and home again on Thursday night.
Project travel does not behave like ordinary corporate travel. Itineraries change the week they are booked, engagements extend, and the same traveller may rotate through four cities in a month. We are set up for that: rebooking without drama, costs mapped to the project they belong to, and a person to call when a flight cancels at 11pm in a city the traveller has never been to before.
Global Corporate Travel operates as a sister company within a wider professional-services group, built to serve the travel needs of consulting teams in the field.
What we handle
Booking and itineraries
Air, hotel, rail and ground transport booked against each project, with changes handled by the same desk that made the original booking.
Traveller support
A staffed line during business hours and an emergency line outside them. Disruption handled by someone who already has the itinerary open.
Duty of care
We know where every traveller is and how to reach them. Location reporting and welfare checks when a destination requires it.
Documentation
Visa, permit and entry requirement guidance for cross-border project work, checked before travel is booked rather than after.
Cost allocation
Spend tagged to the engagement so travel reconciles cleanly against project budgets and client-billable expense.
Supplier programme
Negotiated rates and preferred suppliers in the cities we route to most, without locking travellers into them.
The work our travellers do
Operations and supply chain engagements, on site
Our travellers are consultants delivering work that has to happen in person. The destinations follow the projects.
